In such case, notice shall be given 3 days after the date of mailing. References to LuxuriaEscort™ shall include its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees. LuxuriaEscort™ failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
